DELIVERY OPTIONS FROM MOSCOW TO ISTANBUL

Two air delivery options are available for the Russia → Turkey route.

Express delivery — 1–2 days

Suitable for urgent documents, small parcels, food products and other shipments that need to be delivered from Russia to Turkey as quickly as possible.

Standard air delivery — 5–7 days

Suitable for parcels, online orders, personal belongings, luggage and other permitted cargo.

The cost is calculated individually based on weight, dimensions, contents and selected delivery timeframe.

WHAT CAN BE SHIPPED FROM MOSCOW TO ISTANBUL

We accept various shipment categories:

FOOD DELIVERY FROM RUSSIA TO TURKEY

We arrange delivery of permitted food products from Moscow to Istanbul.

Express delivery in 1–2 days is available for products requiring fast transportation. Shipping availability depends on the specific product, packaging and transportation conditions.

Before shipping food products, provide the exact parcel contents so the manager can confirm transportation availability in advance.

DELIVERY FROM WILDBERRIES, OZON AND OTHER ONLINE STORES TO TURKEY

We arrange delivery of purchases from Russian online stores and marketplaces to Istanbul and other Turkish cities.

You can order products from Wildberries, Ozon or another Russian online store and have them delivered to our address in Moscow. After receiving the order, we prepare it for international transportation and ship it to Turkey.

If you cannot place the order yourself, by prior agreement we can arrange product purchase from a Russian online store.

This allows multiple purchases to be combined and shipped from Russia to Turkey as one international delivery.

DOCUMENT DELIVERY FROM MOSCOW TO ISTANBUL

Express Moscow — Istanbul delivery in 1–2 days is available for urgent documents.

Personal and business documents, contracts, certificates, powers of attorney and other documentation permitted for international transportation can be shipped.

Standard air delivery in 5–7 days is available for non-urgent shipments.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND RELOCATION FROM RUSSIA TO TURKEY

FastFlyLogistics arranges turnkey transportation of personal belongings and relocation from Moscow to Istanbul.

By prior agreement, we can arrange pickup from an address, packaging, preparation for international transportation, customs clearance and delivery to Turkey.

The service is also available when the owner is already in Istanbul or another Turkish city while the belongings remain in Moscow or another Russian city.

Clothing, shoes, boxes, luggage, household belongings and other permitted personal shipments can be transported.

CARGO PICKUP IN MOSCOW

The shipment can be delivered to our warehouse in Moscow or collected from an address.

If required, we arrange parcel collection, additional packaging and preparation for international air transportation.

DELIVERY FROM OTHER RUSSIAN CITIES TO TURKEY

Parcels and cargo can be shipped to Turkey from cities other than Moscow.

If a shipment is in Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don or another Russian city, it can be sent to our Moscow warehouse through a domestic delivery service.

After receiving it in Moscow, we prepare the shipment for international transportation and send it to Istanbul.

DELIVERY FROM MOSCOW TO OTHER TURKISH CITIES

Istanbul is FastFlyLogistics’s main shipment acceptance and distribution point in Turkey.

If the recipient is in another city, we can arrange onward delivery from Istanbul to Antalya, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and other Turkish cities.

Door delivery is available by prior agreement.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Customs clearance and import formalities are included in the delivery price from Moscow to Istanbul.

Information about the shipment contents, weight, dimensions and value must be provided before shipping.

CARGO INSURANCE

Insurance is available for the international transportation period.

The insurance cost is 5% of the declared estimated value of the goods. In the event of an insured incident, compensation is paid according to the insurance terms.

GOODS WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOR TRANSPORTATION

We do not accept alcohol, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, medicines, vitamins or dietary supplements for transportation.

Additional restrictions may apply to certain product categories. If you are unsure whether a specific product can be shipped from Russia to Turkey, send its description, photograph or link to a manager in advance.

HOW TO CALCULATE DELIVERY COST FROM MOSCOW TO ISTANBUL

The cost is calculated individually and depends on the shipment weight, dimensions, contents and selected transportation timeframe.
