We do not accept alcohol, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, medicines, vitamins or dietary supplements for transportation.

If you are unsure whether a specific product can be shipped from Turkey to Russia, send its description, photograph or link to a manager in advance. We will confirm whether transportation is possible before accepting the cargo.

PRODUCT PURCHASE IN ISTANBUL AND TURKEY

If you find a product in a Turkish online store, from a manufacturer or supplier but cannot place or pay for the order yourself, FastFlyLogistics can arrange its purchase in Turkey and subsequent delivery to Moscow.

You provide a product link or supplier contact details. We agree on the details, make the payment and purchase, and if required arrange product inspection, pickup from a warehouse or production facility, packaging and shipment to Russia.

The service is suitable for private purchases as well as entrepreneurs and companies sourcing goods from suppliers and manufacturers in Istanbul and other Turkish cities.

CARGO PICKUP IN ISTANBUL

You can deliver the shipment to our warehouse in Istanbul yourself or request pickup from an address.

By prior agreement, we can collect goods from an online store, warehouse, production facility, showroom or directly from a supplier.

If required, we arrange additional packaging and preparation for international transportation.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Customs clearance and import formalities are included in the delivery price from Istanbul to Moscow.

Before shipping, we clarify the cargo contents, value and characteristics to determine its transportation and clearance conditions.

CARGO INSURANCE

Cargo insurance is available for the transportation period.

The insurance cost is 5% of the declared estimated value of the goods. In the event of an insured incident, compensation is paid according to the insurance terms.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND RELOCATION FROM ISTANBUL TO MOSCOW

FastFlyLogistics arranges transportation of personal belongings and international relocation from Istanbul to Moscow.

Even if you are already in Russia while your belongings remain in Turkey, by prior agreement we can arrange pickup from an address in Istanbul, packaging, transportation preparation, customs clearance and delivery to Moscow.

Clothing, shoes, household belongings, boxes, luggage and other permitted personal items can be shipped.

DELIVERY FROM ISTANBUL TO OTHER RUSSIAN CITIES

Moscow is one of FastFlyLogistics’s main cargo acceptance and distribution points in Russia.

If the recipient is not in Moscow, we can arrange onward shipment to Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don and other Russian cities and regions through domestic delivery services.

Door delivery to the recipient is also available by prior agreement.

HOW TO CALCULATE DELIVERY COST FROM ISTANBUL TO MOSCOW

The delivery cost is calculated individually and depends on the shipment weight and dimensions, cargo type and selected transportation method.
