WHAT COMMERCIAL CARGO WE DELIVER

We work with various categories of goods and commercial shipments:

Before shipping, you must provide the exact product name, quantity, weight and dimensions. Special transportation conditions may apply to certain categories.

DELIVERY OF GOODS FROM SUPPLIERS AND MANUFACTURERS

We arrange delivery of goods from warehouses, factories, production facilities, showrooms and suppliers.

Delivery of goods from Istanbul and other industrial and commercial regions of Turkey to Moscow and other Russian cities is especially popular.

You can make arrangements with the supplier yourself and give us the pickup details, or order additional FastFlyLogistics services.

We can arrange pickup, inspection, packaging, insurance, international transportation, customs clearance and delivery to the recipient.

PURCHASING GOODS IN TURKEY

If you cannot pay a Turkish supplier, manufacturer or online store yourself, we can arrange the purchase of goods in Turkey.

You provide information about the goods, a link or the supplier’s contact details. Once the terms are agreed, we can make the payment, collect the goods and arrange their onward delivery.

The service is suitable for both small purchases and regular business orders.

GOODS INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING

By prior arrangement, we can inspect goods before international shipment.

This helps confirm that the supplier has provided the correct goods, that the quantity matches the order and that the cargo is ready for transportation.

If required, we can also arrange additional packaging before shipment.

CARGO PICKUP FROM A WAREHOUSE OR PRODUCTION FACILITY

You do not have to bring commercial cargo to our warehouse yourself.

We can arrange pickup from a supplier’s warehouse, factory, production facility, store, showroom or another address.

We operate in Istanbul, Moscow and other cities in Turkey and Russia. Pickup availability and cost are calculated based on the cargo location, weight and volume.

EXPRESS, AIR AND ROAD DELIVERY

Different transportation methods are available for commercial cargo. The specific option depends on the direction, cargo characteristics and required timeframe.

Express delivery — from 1–2 days
For urgent samples, small consignments and other commercial shipments that need to be delivered as quickly as possible.

Air delivery — 5–7 days
Suitable for most commercial cargo when an optimal balance between speed and cost is important.

Road delivery — 14–17 days
Available on selected routes and suitable for larger consignments and cargo where delivery time is not the main priority.

Before shipping, a manager will recommend a suitable transportation option based on the route, weight, volume and type of goods.

COMMERCIAL CARGO PACKAGING

If required, we arrange additional packaging before international transportation.

The packaging type is selected according to the cargo characteristics. Reinforced packaging may be used for fragile, valuable goods or items requiring additional protection.

Proper cargo preparation helps reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF COMMERCIAL CARGO

We arrange customs clearance for commercial cargo transported between Turkey and Russia.

Customs clearance and import formalities are included in the delivery price.

Before shipping, you must provide information about the goods, their quantity, value, weight and other characteristics required for calculating and processing the shipment.

COMMERCIAL CARGO INSURANCE

Insurance is available for commercial shipments during transportation.

The insurance cost is 5% of the declared estimated value of the cargo.

In the event of an insured incident, compensation is paid in accordance with the insurance terms.

For high-value goods and large commercial consignments, we recommend agreeing insurance with a manager in advance.

DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY

If required, we arrange door-to-door delivery of commercial cargo.

We can collect goods directly from the supplier or another specified address and arrange transportation to the recipient’s city or address.

Terms are calculated individually according to the route and cargo characteristics.

COMMERCIAL CARGO DELIVERY ACROSS RUSSIA AND TURKEY

FastFlyLogistics’s main logistics hubs are Istanbul and Moscow, while transportation can also be arranged from other cities and regions.

We operate on the Istanbul–Moscow and Moscow–Istanbul routes and arrange commercial cargo delivery from Antalya, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and other Turkish cities, as well as from Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don and other Russian cities.

The final route is agreed individually.

GOODS WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOR TRANSPORTATION

We do not accept alcohol, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, medicines, vitamins or dietary supplements for transportation.

Additional restrictions or special conditions may apply to certain categories of commercial goods. Before purchasing or handing over a large consignment, we recommend confirming the goods with a manager in advance.

HOW MUCH COMMERCIAL CARGO DELIVERY COSTS

The price is calculated individually and depends on:

• transportation direction;
• product category;
• actual and volumetric weight;
• cargo dimensions;
• number of packages;
• selected delivery method;
• whether pickup is required;
• packaging;
• insurance;
• final destination city.

For a preliminary quote, send information about the goods, their weight and dimensions. If the cargo is still with the supplier, you can send a product link, photographs, a packing list or any available specifications.
